Who We Are
Restoring Hearts is a nonprofit organization with a presence in the United States, Colombia, and Mexico, dedicated to supporting women affected by abuse and violence.
Our work focuses on two essential areas: prevention and restoration.
We believe recognizing abuse is only the beginning. Women also need support, education, practical tools, and community resources to rebuild their lives after abuse and move forward with hope and purpose.
At Restoring Hearts, we don’t just talk about abuse. We focus on the life that comes after it.

Educational workshops and community initiatives focused on recognizing different forms of abuse and violence, identifying warning signs, understanding unhealthy relationship dynamics, increasing awareness, and connecting women with available resources.
Life After Abuse
Practical education and support designed to help women navigate the process of rebuilding their lives after abuse or violence.
Emotional Wellness & Purpose
Programs and initiatives that encourage emotional well-being, healthy boundaries, self-worth, resilience, hope, and the development of a meaningful and purposeful life after difficult experiences.
Community Support & Connection
Connecting women with community resources, organizations, educational opportunities, services, and supportive networks that can contribute to their safety, well-being, and restoration process.
